General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") of NETFIELD MEDIA S.L for PrePaidCall customers
NETFIELD MEDIA S.L ("NETFIELD MEDIA") operates a platform under PrePaidCall.adult whose services ("platform services") can be accessed via various multimedia communication channels such as the Internet and telephony. The website is hereinafter referred to as the "Platform". The Platform offers contact opportunities for erotic content.
Scope of application
These GTC apply to all business transactions between NETFIELD MEDIA and the user of the platform services offered by NETFIELD MEDIA ("Customer"), irrespective of the communication channels used by the Customer to obtain advice. The GTC can be accessed at any time on PrePaidCall.adult.
Contractual objects
2.1 Platform use: Clients can make use of free and fee-based services via the platform. Registration can be made online or by telephone and is free of charge. By registering, NETFIELD MEDIA and the customer enter into a free platform usage contract.
2.2 Consultations: Customers can take advantage of fee-based consultations via telephone. The amount of the costs is indicated on the platform and before each telephone call via an automatic tape announcement.
Special information
Customers use paid content that exclusively reflects the opinion of the respective profile owner. The statements made by the profile owner are based solely on personal convictions, individual beliefs or irrational views that are not comprehensible to third parties. The suitability and effectiveness of this content for achieving the customer's desired goal is therefore not given.
Information and advice provided by Girls is neither suitable nor intended to replace professional advice from members of specific professional groups. Girls are therefore prohibited from providing medical, legal and tax information, among other things.
Contract language, conclusion of contract, storage of contract text
3.1 The contract is concluded in German. NETFIELD MEDIA saves the text of the contract and sends the customer the registration data and the GTC in text form. For security reasons, the text of the contract is no longer accessible via the Internet.
3.2 Use of the Platform: The contract for the free use of the Platform is concluded when the customer registers online and receives the confirmation e-mail sent by NETFIELD MEDIA. By using the paid content, the customer enters into a further contractual relationship subject to a fee that is separate from the free platform usage contract.
3.3 Consultations: The contract relating to telephone calls is concluded when the content is used and a direct connection to our girls is established.
3.4 After logging in to the platform under "My PrePaidCall", the customer can view and make changes to all the data he/she provided during registration, as well as obtain an overview of the content he/she has used and the charges incurred for this and print out this data.
Right of withdrawal for consumers
CANCELLATION POLICY
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (NETFIELD MEDIA S.L, C/ Panama n° 32, 38009 Santa Cruz (S/C de Tenerife) Tenerife, Islas Canarias, España, phone: +34 [phone number], e-mail: office@netfield-media.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
If you have requested that the services should commence during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided by the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
